Online workshop, Spring Teaching Assistant (TA) Seminar

All TAs new to the ISU classroom or have received a teaching assignment different from what they have done before are strongly encouraged to attend this seminar.

In this online workshop, teams of TAs will work together in breakout rooms to solve potential classroom scenarios on various topics such as academic dishonesty, classroom management, and inclusivity. A panel of experts will help TAs discuss appropriate steps when these situations occur in their classrooms.
