Applications being updated include Canvas, Webex, Top Hat, WileyPlus, Redshelf, Immediate Access Course Materials, and UDOIT.
The Webex 41.4 update includes the following enhancements to Webex Meetings: Zoom In and Zoom Out in Grid View, Customize the Stage View, Simplified Layout Options, Sync my Stage for Everyone, Customized Layouts Attendee Support, and iPhone Breakout Room Host Support.
Recordings for Webex meetings scheduled within Canvas will now appear in the Recordings section of Virtual Meetings. This change includes cloud recordings of any meeting launched from within Canvas or externally through the Webex web portal, the desktop app, or on a mobile device.

Technology Updates (December 2, 2020): Canvas, ISU AdminTools, Webex, Turnitin, Panopto, Piazza, FERPA
Updates include Canvas Rich Content Editor, ISU AdminTools course conclusion, Webex, Turnitin, Panopto, Piazza, and FERPA Enforcement. Effective December 2, 2020.
Breakout rooms and other training capabilities were added to Webex Meetings. Effective September 15, 2020.
Webex Meetings will have a more intuitive and convenient user experience: better buttons, better meeting panels, and targeted updates for upcoming changes. Effective September 8, 2020.
Webex Classroom Collaborations has been experiencing issues. It has been slowing down the Virtual Meetings and Office Hours panels and is sending multiple emails to students when enabled. Faculty are encouraged to not have enabled Classroom Collaborations while ISU staff work with Webex to resolve these issues.
