If you are a faculty member and need access to a previous instructor’s version of a course you are teaching:

1. Your Department Chair or Dean must email celt-help@iastate.edu to request that you be given access to the course. The email must include the course identifier, the name of the previous instructor, and the semester it was last taught.
2. CELT staff will process the request and copy the previous course into a new Canvas course. You will be added as a Co-teacher and will receive a notification when this action is complete.
