Scholarly teaching focuses on student learning and is grounded in the subject matter taught and in implementing effective pedagogies. The scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) involves framing and systematically investigating a research question related to student learning. The research methods often include qualitative and quantitative data collection and direct and indirect measures.
This final session in the Miller Faculty Fellowship Program series is designed to be open consultations with CELT staff to assist applicants in polishing the final draft of their proposal. Participants are encouraged to bring draft proposals for feedback.
