Launch of the Summer Strolls for Well-being at ISU

If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply need a break – mindful walking supports your well-being and work-life harmony. The Strolls for Well-being at ISU is a flexible walking program on campus, or you can simply pause where you are.
Come and explore how the Strolls can fit in your schedule, whether you have 30 minutes or 5 minutes. Participants will leave this session with an overview of the Strolls and experience how this program can support their overall holistic health.
