Unenrolling Students from a WebCT Course

After each semester is complete, you must unenroll students from your WebCT course/section.

Within your course, go to: Instructor Tab > Instructor Tools > Grade Book

1. View the entire Grade Book

    1. Select Page: All at the bottom right corner of your browser window.

    2. Click the green "Go" button next to the drop-down list.

2. Select All members by clicking the check box at the top left of the Grade Book.
Select All Members


3. Deselect any member that you do not wish to unenroll.
Deselect Some Members


4. Click the "Unenroll" button at the bottom of the Grade Book.
Click Unenroll

(All student data, grades, etc. are retained, but students cannot access the course.
Unenrolled Members

This completes the process.
