Add Designers, Teaching Assistants, and Auditors to a WebCT course

WebCT Course Instructors can add course Designers, Teaching Assistants, students, and auditors to a WebCT Course.


To add students to your WebCT course, use ISU Administrative Tools.

To add additional Instructors, email WebCT support at webctgold@iastate.edu or phone 515-294-5357.

Adding Designers, Teaching Assistants, and Auditors

1. Start in the Teach tab.

  1. Go into the Grade Book.
  2. Click on the Enroll Members button.


2. Import user.

  1. Enter an ISU NetID (or an existing exception ID).
  2. Assign role(s).
  3. Click Enroll.


3. Check enrollment summary.

  1. If everything looks OK, click Save.


4. Receive Confirmation.

  1. Click OK.
