Add Designers, Teaching Assistants, and Auditors to a WebCT course
WebCT Course Instructors can add course Designers, Teaching Assistants, students, and auditors to a WebCT Course.
To add students to your WebCT course, use ISU Administrative Tools.
To add additional Instructors, email WebCT support at webctgold@iastate.edu or phone 515-294-5357.
Adding Designers, Teaching Assistants, and Auditors
1. Start in the Teach tab.
- Go into the Grade Book.
- Click on the Enroll Members button.

2. Import user.
- Enter an ISU NetID (or an existing exception ID).
- Assign role(s).
- Click Enroll.

3. Check enrollment summary.
- If everything looks OK, click Save.
4. Receive Confirmation.
- Click OK.
