NSSE 2008 Information Release
2008 National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)
As you may know, Iowa State University uses the five benchmarks from the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) as performance indicators for our 2005-2010 Strategic Plan. We would like to ask for your help in encouraging students to respond to the NSSE survey if they receive an invitation from NSSE in February/March 2008.
In the next few days, selected students will receive a message from Indiana University, endorsed by President Geoffrey, inviting them to participate and providing instructions for accessing the NSSE survey online. The survey takes less than 15 minutes to complete via a web version. This is an opportunity for students to help shape the future of ISU. Please encourage students who have received the invitation to complete the survey if they happen to ask questions about it. We appreciate any publicity or announcements that would promote participation in the NSSE.
