Blackboard Learn Service Pack 11 was installed at ISU May 17, 2013.
Most of the updates included in SP 11 are new features (e.g. a new Global Navigation Menu). There are also some major improvements to current functionality (e.g. a completely redesigned Calendar). These updates will not require any user to do things any differently within their courses, but it is strongly recommended that everybody take a minute or a quick review of the new features.
This page now links to major sources that provide up-to-date resources for Instructors and Course Builders. Learn how to use all aspects of Blackboard Learn and find answers to your questions by accessing these resources:

The other referenced resources (at blackboard.com and lynda.com) do not provide accurate help on topics listed under ISU Customized Help.
