Submitting Grades from your WebCT Section


NOTE: This tool may only be used by an individual who is listed as an Instructor of Record according to the Registrar and is enrolled as a Section Instructor in the WebCT course. View Registrar requirements for Midterm and Final Grade Submission from WebCT.

1. In your WebCT course, open ISU Admin Tools. (If you have not already added the ISU Admin Tool to your course, you can find instructions on the Adding ISU Admin Tool to Your Course page of this site.)

  1. From the Teach tab,
  2. Click on ISU Admin Tools.

2. Confirm grade format.

  1. Click Submit Grades in the Tools menu. A table will appear listing the students and grades available for submission to the Registrar (go to Step 3) . . . or . . .
  2. you may receive an error message for any grades that are not in an acceptable format. You may correct the grade(s) directly in this form.
  3. Once all the grades are in the correct format, click Update Grades in Gradebook.

3. Review Grades to be submitted.

  1. If everything looks OK, click Submit Final Grades.

4. Receive confirmation.

  1. Click View Printable Copy of Grades.

5. Print this page for your records.
