WebCT for Instructors and Designers

WebCT is the University-wide course management system supported by ITS and CELT staff. It allows instructors to distribute information, manage student grades, administer online assessments, collect online assignments, and much more. Features of the program are customizable to your specific needs. WebCT courses can be connected to the Registrar’s official course database, enabling instructors to select automatic course enrollment updates and submit midterm and final grades directly from WebCT.

Course Tools Course Tools are used to deliver content, assess learning, or communicate with students.

Instructor Tools Instructor Tools are those tools available through the Teach tab and are used to grade assessments and assignments, set Selective Release Criteria, and manage students groups.
