Checklist for Getting Started
- Please make an appointment with us through clickerhelp@iastate.edu to check out a TurningPoint USB receiver;
- Please bring your laptop when you check out the receiver. We will assistant you with downloading and installing the software as well as setting up the USB receiver;
- You may request a one-on-one sesstion or participate in a clicker workshop to learn the software;
- Remind students to purchase clickers from the bookstore and register through WebCT;
- Plan your grading philosophy;
- Compile a sufficient number of good clicker questions, and develop an interactive presentation;
- Run your "clicker class".
